My WordPress site is broken – can you fix it?

Yes – this is exactly what we do. Whether it is a white screen of death, plugin conflict, theme issue, database error or something else entirely, we diagnose and fix WordPress problems every day. Contact us with the details and we will get back to you quickly.

What do you charge?

Businesses are £150 per hour with a one hour minimum, then £75 per half hour. Private customers are £120 per hour with a one hour minimum, then £60 per half hour. If I cannot fix the problem you pay half the time spent, because diagnosing a fault is real work whether or not it ends in a repair.

Do I need a backup before you start work?

We strongly recommend having a current backup before any work begins. If you do not have one, we can arrange this before we start. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

We aim to respond within a few hours subject to current workload. If your site is down, say so in the first line of your message and it goes to the top of the list.

What does a monthly maintenance package include?
